ORDERS, SHIPPING & DELIVERY

📦 How long does delivery take?

Most WanderWest clothing items are made to order.

  • Handling time: Up to 5 business days

  • Shipping time: Around 3 business days within the UK

This made-to-order process helps reduce waste, maintain quality, and keep our country & western apparel intentional and sustainable.

🚚 Where are your products printed or fulfilled?

We work with trusted fulfilment partners to ensure consistent quality across our UK country clothing brand.

  • Some items are printed and fulfilled in the UK

  • Some items are printed internationally, depending on product availability

This allows us to deliver high-quality western-inspired clothing without long delays.

📍 Do internationally fulfilled items take longer?

Delivery times remain similar:

  • Production: Up to 5 business days

  • Shipping: Usually 3–5 business days

You'll receive full tracking details once your order is dispatched.

🚚 Do you offer express or next-day delivery?

At this time, we don't offer express shipping due to our made-to-order production process.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & ORDER ISSUES

❌ Do you accept returns?

As all WanderWest apparel is made to order, we do not accept standard returns.

🔁 What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we'll replace it free of charge.

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Your name

We'll get it sorted quickly.

🪶 Can I exchange for a different size?

We only offer exchanges for damaged or defective items.

Yes. Our hoodies, sweatshirts, and t-shirts are designed with a relaxed unisex fit, making them ideal for everyday country wear.

🧼 How should I wash my WanderWest clothing?

To keep your WanderWest clothing looking its best:

  • Wash inside out

  • Use cold or low-temperature washes

  • Avoid harsh detergents

  • Air dry where possible

This helps maintain print quality and garment longevity.

🤠 TRUCKER HAT FIT & MEASUREMENT GUIDE

Are your trucker hats available in different sizes?

Our WanderWest trucker hats are one size with an adjustable back. There are no separate small, medium or large sizes to choose from. Adjust the back to find a comfortable fit.

📐 How do I measure my head?

Use a soft tape measure, or a piece of string and a ruler. Wrap it around your head just above your ears and across your forehead, where the hat's band will sit. Keep it level and comfortably snug without pulling it tight. Record your head circumference in centimetres and repeat to check your measurement.

One size does not guarantee a fit for every head circumference. If you're unsure, contact us with your measurement before ordering so we can help check the fit.

🔧 How should I adjust the back?

Loosen the back if the band feels tight or presses on your forehead or temples. Tighten it if the hat slips or moves around during normal wear. The band should feel secure and comfortable, without pinching.

Do I need to size up or down?

No, these hats come in one size. Make the fit looser or snugger using the adjustable back rather than selecting another size. If the hat remains too tight at its loosest setting or too loose at its tightest setting, do not force the closure; the hat may not be suitable for your head size.
